Digital Soundboy @ Fabric, 4th December 2015

I arrived a little late, but just in time to see Dynamite ripping up the mic to a packed crowd, it was a mixture of those that love the music and those nutters who are just on a random night out, but the music lovers were the majority and this had that grimy old skool rave feeling to it, being a Shy FX night the vibes were set nicely with TopCat holding down the stage, Donae’o doing his thing and then a surprise performance by Liam Bailey (2nd vid below) who I last saw performing at a massive gig in the Roundhouse back in October, this man is one to look out for, peace.

Big Daddy Kane @ The Jazz Cafe, Camden 30-10-2015

The Doctors Orders were back in the building once again representing the real HIPHOP and this old skool vet came through with pure fire to tear the roof off Jazz Cafe once again, much love to BDK for doing his thing and choking the mic the way he does best, props out to Pete Rock for saying wassup on the night and shout outs to Minx who tore up the mic on stage after Kane heard her spitting on the street from the artist room before the show, BIG UP!

eMC – Masta Ace, Stricklin, Punchline and Wordsmith @ The Jazz Cafe, 3rd June 2014

emc poster jazz cafe

Consisting of the four emcee’s mentioned above, these guys ripped up the stage on Tuesday night, bringing fresh new tracks with that old skool flow, each emcee performed as hard as the next and this was a wicked performance that you just don’t get with the new age shit.

Underground hiphop heads inside the place, DJ Snuff got us ready dropping those old hits on the decks, crowd in anticipation, the Jazz Café was in for a great night. Check out the pics and short vid below.
