Kenya Photo Exhibition and Live music Event @ Open the Gate, Dalston, 24th November 2011

Michael Antoniou launches his first solo exhibition at Open the Gate in Dalston, based on a series of photographs from Kenya, East Africa. Five brilliant live acts, musicians and friends he has worked with over the years will be supporting Michael’s work on the launch night which will take place on Thursday 24th November and the exhibition will run until 4th January 2012. An online version of the exhibition will also go live on the day of the launch, available to view here.

Michael has decided to dontae 10% of all image sales to the charity Anno’s Africa, as well as this we are calling on everyone to donate any old camera equipment you may have to the cause.

Act 4: Wancee featuring Adjekum + DJ Downlow

DJ’s on the night include the above mentioned plus local resident DJ Samurai, spinning original Roots Reggae and more.

Unfortunately the wonderful miss Fae Simon will be not be joining us as originally planned, however we shall continue to entertain with our comedian Special P hosting the night.

The Platform Events management will also be helping out on the night to ensure smooth operation.
